The Thombar Group was established originally as a property management firm firstrealized in 1991and continues to this day to acquire and manage industrial/commercial and residential properties from its head office in Etobicoke, Toronto, Canada.

Over the past 35 plus years the Thombar Group has provided professional property management services to its own properties long with other Toronto Landlords including banking institutions.

Through its founder,The Thombar Group has purchased and or developed over 1,000,000 square feet in the city of Toronto, andoffers expertise and knowledge in commercial/investment financing, conversions, construction, legal contracts, negotiation and acquisition as well as day to day property management services.
